- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility and management of the company's operations and support functions.
- Assist in formulating strategies in the company market expansion, customer and employee retention and development in Japan.
- Formulate local development strategies to achieve company goals according to the overall global strategy.
- Develop a Go-To-Market strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in the local market. Build long-term relationships and extend global and regional customers & Partners to Japan.
- Conduct research identifying markets and customer needs vs company Service portfolio.
- Arrange business meetings and events with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Take ownership of the sales process and lead commercial negotiations in line with internally agreed parameters.
- Carry out budget planning and forecast cycle.
- Help build the firm's brand and increase brand awareness to generate quality leads.

- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in communication, computer, marketing, business administration, etc.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in Japan.
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge for Japan
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
- 2 years or above experience in Business Development, communication or sales, marketing
Preferred qualifications:- Proven sales track record in BPO is a plus.
