■職務概要
最適な供給計画の策定及び適正在庫の維持・関係部門と連携・問題解決・SCM KPI/ビジネスターゲットの達成する・業務プロセス改善と効率化・チームのマネジメントと部下の業務管理と育成
グループの責任者として、以下の部門業務を管理・リードし、会社のビジネスターゲット達成に貢献する重要な役割です。メンバーの業務管理や課題解決をサポートし、目標達成に向けた育成を行うことで、チームの成長と成果の最大化を実現

■具体的な業務内容
委託製造先への支給する中間品・原材料の在庫管理・購買・支給計画作成
国内・海外取引先への社内システム（SAP・Rapid Response）を使用した発注および納期管理
適切な供給と在庫管理による安定供給の維持とキャッシュフローの改善の両立する
安定供給懸念に対する問題解決およびアクション調整（取引先への納期調整、社内関連部署との対応調整等）
新製品上市及びビジネスや製造等の変更に対応する在庫調整計画・手配、関連部門とのスケジュール調整、供給に関連するプロジェクトの参画
グループ内製造所・社内関係各所・取引先への連絡・交渉・調整
S&OPを推進し、SCM KPIの達成を実現
サプライチェーンデータ分析とそれに基づく改善提案を行い、効率化を推進

Responsibilities: サプライチェーン計画のマネージャーとして、各Plannerのマネジメント、S&OPプロセスの維持、基準生産計画立案、またグローバルを含む各関連部門との調整を通じ、当社製品が安定的且つ効率的に供給されることを目的とする。各Plannerは製造本部における各製品のプロダクトリーダーとしてオーナーシップを持ち、製品供給に関わる問題解決に対して関係各部門との調整にリーダーシップを示す。
業務内容：
マネジメント業務計画チームの組織構築、要員最適化、組織内のR&R策定、調整・維持
各Planner及びチームメンバーの指導及び開発・育成
チームリソース計画立案及び管理
他グループとの調整

S&OP及びプロセスオーナー西神におけるS&OPプロセスの維持・運営
JP Affiliate S&OPプロセスへの参画
必要に応じ、Global S&OPプロセスへの参画
BP、SPにおけるVolume Forecastの立案
BCPの維持・改訂
OSSCEの維持及び製造所内への展開

Company overview: Global specialty pharmaceutical company with a local manufacturing site in Japan.
Responsibilities: Main responsibilities:
Demand Planning related (80%)As a people manager of Demand Planning Group, manage the performance of members and develop talents/organization.
Develop accurate demand forecast as an expert of demand planning for products assigned.
Review statistical demand forecasts, and incorporate the potential impact of market trend and special events together with Marketing.
Lead the monthly demand consensus process and confirm Approved Demand Forecast in collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
Monitor and manage the accuracy of demand forecast, address issues, and improve forecast accuracy.
Work on the consolidation of Budget and Approved Demand Forecast.Develop demand forecast in an efficient manner by utilizing supply chain planning systems.
Lead the internal S&OP process and related meetings.
Work on the improvement of internal planning process.

Collaboration with Supply Planning and related functions (20%)Review the gap between demand and inventory level together with Local and Global supply planning teams, and escalate cases whenthere is a gap to Supply Issue Handling Team in Demand Planning. (English communication and negotiation skills are required.)

■ポジションについて

農水産部にて水産物及び水産加工品の輸出入営業をご担当いただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
海外サプライヤーとの仕入折衝
国内外委託先加工工場の生産管理
外食産業・コンビニエンスストアなどの小売チェーン・給食会社・食品問屋等に販売営業

■部署について
農水産部：38名うち水産第1課14名、水産第2課12名、農畜産課11名

同部署では原材料の調達、海外工場の加工管理、輸出入実務、物流構築及び営業販売まで、一貫して一つの部署で行なっており、各担当者がバリューチェーンの川上から川下まで担当します。
原料調達及び製品加工は主として海外と取引をしております。
また現在海外販売の新規案件獲得に取り組んでおり、海外出張も定期的に行なっております。
