Responsibilities
  • Manage Supply KPIs


- Manages supply pipeline independently with minimum supports from line manager.
- Optimize inventory level by analysing the data to deliver cash target.
- Visualize future supply pipeline risks timely and lead the counter/ preventive actions for the earliest resolution.
- Analyse and recommend the appropriate safety stock level with actions for optimization as a roadmap to meet cash target.
- Drive changes and Supply Chain transformation proactively by contributing to supply chain lean projects (i.e. process improvement, system implementation, and digitalization etc.) to deliver business KPI (growth, earnings, cash).


- Deliver quality products on-time with optimized costs by playing a key role as a supply chain representative at cross-functional Task Force meeting.


  • Drive Cross-function Collaborations


- Identify opportunities and propose new and/or continuous improvement ideas where the team and the cross-functional team could work more effectively and efficiently together


  • Lead Team Engagement


- Propose the contents of team building and team meeting, facilitate the meeting time to time, and proactively participate in the discussion in face to face either on-line or off-line.


  • Drive Supply Chain Transformation and Innovation Projects


- Deliver Supply Chain Transformation projects, collaborating with Senior Project Manager, Logistics Transformation Manager, and Digital Project Manager.


- Contribute to delivering innovation products and recipe/ package change projects in market, collaborating with Activity Manager and Task Force team.

  • When any gaps are identified, demonstrate a proactive and growth mindset and volunteer to tackle to solve them even beyond own responsibilities.
  • Heighten perspective, collaborate, and influence cross-functional team.
Requirements
  • Supply Chain Management Skills
  • Supply Planning/ Inventory Management/ Cost Management experience
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • English: Business Level (TOEIC >800)
  • Japanese: Native level
