- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Create Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for the assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Customer Planning Groups by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.
- Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers.
- Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results.
- Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.
- Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.
- Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Customer Forecast Review Meeting, Business Integration Meeting and/or Market Leadership meeting.
- Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Min 8 years of business experience with 5 years of experience in Demand, Supply, or Manufacturing Planning, S&OP/ IBP, and/ or Forecasting Experience.
- Communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Good expectation / service level control both in terms of demand planning/execution & supply planning/execution.
- Analytical Skills with high knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- People management experience preferred but flexibility & open mind-set required as immediate assignment will not be a people manager.
- Neutral/Positive mind set as to fit to rapid changing environments.
Preferred qualifications:- University Bachelors Degree in Economics, Commercials, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or equivalent major preferred
- SAP experiences preferred.
- Demand planning application experiences preferred.
