Define the assembly methodologies with the site works coordinator and how they can be adapted to the contractual requirements of the project.

Project / site managementComply with the site organizational requirements as defined with the Project Manager and the GCP /Ops Operation department.
Manage the project in conjunction with the Site supervisor(s) (in accordance with the job specifications, the contractual terms, the Assignment order, the Quality plan, the HSE plan and the operating procedures).
Accept and store the equipment and devices on site.
Ensure that the site organization and the work execution procedures, tests and commissioning and all the resources used on the site(s) (buildings, containers, machines, vehicles) comply with the current legislation and the local regulations. With respect to HSE issues, He/She relies on the HSE manager on each site.
Provide the Site Works Coordinator with technical support, if required.

Ensure, in conjunction with the site and test supervisor(s), that all the operators, including the subcontractors, have updated their drawings and that when the site is finished, the site "RED MARKS" documents are sent to the Design Office to enable the final "AS BUILT" documents to be completed.

Interface with the Project Manager and reportingIn conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, draw up the following documents and send them to the Project Manager and the GCP /Ops Operation department: monthly status report with discrepancy monitoring, monthly progress report, minutes of meetings, statement of damage occurring during transportation and on site, state of the equipment on arrival on site, condition of the final stocks, operating incident records, equipment incident records, non-conformance records, etc.

End of projectsAt the end of the project, in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, prepare all the items required for the end-of-project assessment and feedback with the organization responsible for the contract and ensure that the annotated documents and drawings (assembly, tests, etc.) are centralized at the end of the project in order to check that they are valid before sending them to the Project Manager and to the customer, after approval by the Project Manager.

Responsibilities: The Global Business Process Expert for PTP designs and maintains the Global business process model for Procure to Pay processes. The role is responsible to standardize and harmonize PTP processes globally across Our company and act as the custodian and design authority for all processes. Working with the team, the GBPE for PTP defines standards on the best practice process flows. This includes aligning business processes at sites with the global business process model. In addition, the GBPE for PTP supports the sites during regional deployments by delivering process expertise and knowledge, process and application training along with project support.The GBPE will also work across all regions with Regional Process Experts and users to understand and document current processes, while driving buy-in to adopt best practices which increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools.The GBPE for PTP will work closely with the SN GBPL, Process Leads and Experts to identify, and design processes that deliver value through the implementation of S4 HANA and SAP ARIBA functionalities.
Main responsibilities:
Act on behalf of the Supply Network GBPL to lead standardization and alignment to best practice of PTP business process for each region/country in scope
Develop business processes for the global solution:Drive global process design and continuously align with the business process experts across all regions
Ensure to develop standardized business processes based on best practice
Drive the Global process design for PTP area

Govern the global solution:Manage the business requirements for all template change requests
Provide a fit-gap analysis against global solution to prevent region-specific solutions
Support Change Management activities aimed at deployment of target business processes and technology to related Business Function

Other responsibilities:Oversee our project planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management within the Business Function
Propose customization to global process where there is business benefit
Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements through S4 HANA
Work with other SCM to ensure interaction of PTP with FTS, OTC, MES/MTE and ITD

Develop strategic NHI pricing strategies and gain endorsement of NHI pricing strategies and proposals of NHI prices with Country President and TA Leads through the Pricing Committee
Develop robust pricing dossiers and strategically manage price negotiations
Build strong alignment & partnership among Japan Pricing Core members (New Asset & Access Strategy team, New Asset Analysis team, DJ, Medical, Launch Excellence Team, Policy and Public Affairs, and the global PHI) to ensure optimal price setting
Develop Pricing-related OP assumptions
Refresh pricing assumptions and estimated prices for pipeline products and BD assets to reflect the latest competitive environment
Minimize the downward price adjustment by price revision/repricing through cross-functional collaboration
Maintain good relationship with “Policy Planning Division for Pharmaceutical Industry Promotion and Medical Information Management, MHLW” (former EAD) and act as a mediator between the company and MHLW to flawlessly manage all product-related issues, as well as NHI pricing negotiation
Actively participate in trade association activities (FPMAJ, PhRMA, FIRM, etc.) to establish a pro-innovative pricing framework
Contribute to building a high performing team by actively engaging in coaching junior colleagues and nurturing a positive environment where people feel energized and eager to speak up
