■業務内容：
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic people consultation across the HDD – Technology business function for Hard Disk Drives (HDD) in Japan. This role will own and drive the Site General Manager’s talent strategy - translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans. You will also partner with the business and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver on the internal HR strategy. The role will need to lead cross-functionally to design and deliver programs.

■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a talent strategist, trusted advisor, and leadership coach to senior executive leaders.
・Own and drive the function’s talent strategy in alignment with the business strategy, engaging as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to senior leaders and site General Managers.
・Diagnose workforce needs and gaps with a data-driven approach to inform priorities related to workforce planning, organization design, culture, succession planning and leader development.
・Build strong relationships with senior executive leaders and General Managers, coaching and influencing them along our technology transformation.
・Maintain a pulse on the employee experience through engagement data and regular formal and informal listening sessions to inform action plans with leaders.
・Respond as needed to global or local crises affecting Western Digital employees, act as an early warning signal for executives and the HR leadership team.

Responsibilities: 業務内容：
製品３グループの技術リーダー（3名）、インストレーションコーディネーター（2名）、メンテナンス・研修プランナー（1名）、データアナリスト（1名）、キーサービスマネジメント（2名）、アジア向けグローバルサービス担当エンジニア（2名）の管理監督および育成
サービスオペレーション・インストレーション・ミッションプランニング/スケジューリング・フィールドサービス・インハウスサービス（リモートサポート）を含む各チームの業務品質と効率性の向上の担保
約60名の技術エンジニアと17名の外注サービス業者のヘッドカウントプランニングと管理
年間のサービス事業戦略や会社単位の活動の推進
実務に要するリソースプランニングとモニタリングを含むP/L管理と対策の実施
サービス関連のKPIのモニタリングと改善リード（一次修理比率・リモートサービスの完了比率・待ち時間・問題解決時間・生産性・設置時間等）
サービス進捗におけるサービスマネジメントへの正確かつタイムリーな報告
技術問題へのソリューション提供に対する監督・リードを含むサービス活動の改善と向上
海外のサービスマネジメントとともに未解決の技術問題に対する取り組み推進
顧客満足度サーベイの管理と改善対応、マネジメントや製品センターへのサマリー報告
当社グローバルサービスセンターによるサービスガイドラインやプロセス遵守を担保
作業手順の実施やコンプライアンス遵守を通して作業環境の安全を担保
マシン製品の設置プロジェクトおよびサービスエクセレンスの各プロジェクトの管理
製品の技術問題解決や品質向上に向けてドイツのサービス技術センターや製品センターとの技術的なやり取り
【出張の有無と頻度】月に１～２回、重大なサービス案件や設置プロジェクトの必要に応じて、営業担当や（直属部下の）製品技術サービスマネージャーとともに国内の客先を訪問。

Main responsibilities:
Management and supervision of the performance and coordination of technical service teams aimed at improving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction in the after-sales service of sheet metal processing machinery products.
Supervision and development of technical leaders for three product groups (3 people), installation coordinators (2 people), maintenance and training planners (1 person), data analysts (1 person), key service management (2 people), and global service engineers for Asia (2 people).
Ensuring improvement in the quality and efficiency of each team's operations, including service operations, installation, mission planning/scheduling, field service, and in-house service (remote support).
Headcount planning and management of approximately 60 technical engineers and 17 outsourced service providers.
Promotion of annual service business strategies and company-wide activities.
Implementation of P/L management and measures, including resource planning and monitoring required for practical operations.
Monitoring and leading improvements in service-related KPIs (first repair rate, remote service completion rate, wait time, issue resolution time, productivity, installation time, etc.).
Accurate and timely reporting to service management on service progress.
Improvement and enhancement of service activities, including supervision and leadership in providing solutions to technical problems.
Collaboration with German service management to address unresolved technical issues.
Management and improvement of customer satisfaction surveys, and summary reporting to management and product centers.
Ensuring compliance with service guidelines and processes established by the company's Global Service Center.
Ensuring a safe working environment through the implementation of work procedures and compliance adherence.
Management of machine product installation projects and service excellence projects.
Technical interaction with the German service technical center and product center to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
Visiting domestic clients once or twice a month, depending on the necessity of significant service cases or installation projects, along with sales representatives and product technical service managers (direct subordinates).
No immediate transfers, but possible in the future depending on business circumstances and personal preferences.

鉄鋼業界では、カーボンニュートラルの達成に向けた電炉への切り替えやCCS/CCUSなどの技術開発が積極的に取り組まれている中、現在ではそれらの技術を活かした新しい設備の導入等が進むフェーズとなっています。リードエンジニアとして、国内の製鉄・製鋼企業を中心とした高炉代替としての電気炉設備導入やカーボンニュートラルに関わる設備など最先端の技術を活用したプロセスエンエンジニアリングをお任せいたします。同社とグループ会社みならず、その親会社であるドイツグループの先進設備も取り揃えており、それらの製品・技術を用いて顧客へ幅広い技術提案を進めて行きます。案件はFSから参画し、世界をリードする技術を活かした高クオリティかつコストミニマムな設計提案を顧客のニーズに合わせて行います。プロセスの基本設計はヨーロッパで行われており、ヨーロッパの技術者とコミュニケーションを取りながら顧客からの要求仕様を検討し、合意形成を進めて行きます。その後は同社製品の顧客向けローカライズを含めた仕様への落とし込み、設計とその取りまとめを担当いただきます。据付・試運転・性能試験フェーズではSVとして試運転の指揮を行うこともあり、その際は数か月の出張が必要に応じて発生することがございます。
製鉄業界の二酸化炭素排出量は他産業と比較すると多く、脱炭素技術については欧州で盛んに研究開発が行われており、一部の技術すでに商用プラントへの適用が始まっています。ヨーロッパ由来の技術と同社由来の技術を組み合わせて、カーボンニュートラルを達成するための様々な課題解決に向けた設計業務に携わることができます。
