Responsibilities

潤滑油を製造する工場設備に関する、設備保全の計画立案や工事管理にて、チームをリードいただく役割をお任せします。
業務内容：

• 保全計画の立案と実行管理
• 増改築工事の仕様書作成と確認
• 工事見積の取得と見積内容の精査
• 行政への届出書類の作成と届出
• 現場工事管理
• 工事発注先との調整、工事の検収
• 経理処理（資産管理）
• その他設備管理に付随する業務
  • 潤滑油製品の製造設備、充填機器等の計画保全管理を通して、不具合を未然に防止し、お客様に高品質の製品を安定提供することを目指します。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 業種未経験歓迎
• 以下の業務経験
  • メーカー等で設備・工事管理
  • 設備の新設、修理等に関する行政への届出対応
  • マネジメント経験（部下複数名のマネジメント）
