- We are managing data and AI use-cases promoting data-driven culture where everyone uses data to make effective decisions quickly covering all the company entities (life insurance/ non-life insurance).In this context, we need to understand various business-users’ requirements from different entities (life insurance and non-life insurance), sales methods (face-to-face, agent, web direct etc.), as well as to analyze and visualize what needs to be achieved, while effectively managing and delivering each Use Case with appropriate resource and cost management.
Main responsibilities:
Product ManagementManaging Use Cases, proposing top line improvement and business process improvement measures to business users from a perspective of data-driven team, provide technical implementation support.
Promote IT development and data analysis in collaboration with data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, etc. in order to effectively realize Use Cases.
CommunicationFlexible communication skills and a proactive attitude are required; it is important to understand the various stakeholders of different entities of the Group companies and seamlessly apply communication style that they require.
Technical SkillsManage projects on cloud platforms such as AWS while leading the development team using Agile development methods.
