    Responsibilities
    As a Software Project Lead at our company, you are responsible for successfully running the Software part of our Intelligent Cockpit Products and ensuring project deliveries in time, budget, and quality. You are the face to the customer for a group of software domain topics. Main responsibilities:
    Lead a dedicated SW Team and be responsible for delivering SW for Customer programs in high quality, in time, and in cost for a group of functional domains.
    Act as a role model in terms of leadership and code of business conduct in Project Management.
    Understand potential customer expectations clearly and lead engineering teams to deliver according to customer expectations in terms of timing and quality.
    Report and explain technical matters to customers clearly, negotiate and communicate with customers to reach mutual agreements and conclusions.

    Supervise the planning of design
