Responsibilities

• システムに関する窓口として、迅速かつ的確な問い合わせ対応を推進
• システムのサービスレベルの維持するための継続的な業務プロセスの改善活動を推進
• インシデント・問題管理プロセスに則り、組織を超えて必要なメンバーを巻き込みながら障害対応を推進
• インシデント・問題管理、問い合わせ対応といった各種業務の進捗を管理

※チームミーティング、トレーニングセッション、決済・システム運用に関連するカンファレンスのため または、会社のイベントによって、時折出張の可能性あり。

Requirements

• スマートフォンアプリまたはWEBアプリケーションの保守・運用経験
• チームリーディングまたはそれに類する経験（5名以上／サブリーダー含む）
• 日本語 （ネイティブレベル）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）
