We are an online comprehensive securities firm that serves as the core of "brokerage and investment banking business" within the group. Our main business activities include entrustment of buy and sell orders for stocks and other securities through the internet, call centers, and branches, underwriting of securities, handling of public offerings or private placements of securities, and other securities-related services. Through these operations, we provide financial services tailored to the needs of customers (investors).

Responsibilities

社内インフラにおけるWindows領域のエキスパートとして、設計・構築・運用まで一貫して担っていただきます。エンタープライズ環境での最適化・自動化・安定稼働を支える非常に重要なポジションです。

• Windowsサーバー（2016/2019/2022）環境の設計・構築・運用
• Active Directory、Entra IDの設計・運用（GPO、OU設計、レプリケーション管理等）
• Hyper-Vによる仮想化環境の運用管理
• フェイルオーバークラスタの構築・運用による高可用性の確保
• IntuneやMECMによるエンドポイント管理、パッチ適用、OS展開
• M365/Google Workspace の統合的管理・最適化
• PowerShell等による運用自動化の実装
• ファイルサーバ、DNS、DHCP、RADIUSなど周辺サービスの運用
• バックアップ・リストア（Veeam, Dell PowerProtect, Networker等）
• 社内ユーザーからのエスカレーション対応やトラブルシューティング支援

Requirements

必須要件：①～⑤いずれかのご経験※業界未経験歓迎①サーバー

• Windows Server設計・構築・運用
• AD／Entra ID管理
• Hyper-V仮想化、クラスタ構築

②エンドポイント

• Intune/MECM管理
• BitLocker・Defender運用

③基盤サービス

• DNS、DHCP、DFS運用

④クラウド

• Azure、M365/Google Workspace管理

⑤バックアップ

• Veeam等利用経験

⑥自動化

• PowerShellスクリプト開発
