■業務概要超音波システムのコンポーネント、機能、または機能セットのプログラムを担当します。独立して作業し、即時チームおよび他のビジネスチームに貢献します。また、設計ディスカッションにも参加します。
■仕事内容最新のソフトウェア開発技術およびインフラを使用して、超音波システムの迅速かつアジャイルな開発環境でソフトウェアの定義、開発、進化に責任を持つ。
5～7人のアジャイルチームに技術的なリーダーシップを提供する。
製品ラインリーダー（PLLs）と協力して、製品要件とビジョンを理解する。
要件／ビジョンを優先順位の付けられたユーザーストーリーのリストに翻訳し、必要なタイムラインと品質基準に従って提供する。
製品ラインリーダーおよびアーキテクトと協力して、複数世代のソフトウェア技術計画を開発する。
チーム全体の効率を向上させ、重複を排除し、製品と技術の再利用を活用する。
開発、維持およびサポート活動を導くプロセスの改善をサポートする。
他のビジネス部門と横断的に協力して、活動と成果物を整合させる。
製品の開発およびサポートにおける世界クラスの品質を推進する。
チームが一貫したメッセージを受け取り、ビジネスの方向性、戦略、結果を明確に理解できるようにする。
複雑なドメイン知識の成功した移転において専門家を巻き込む。
SDLCの原則やLean／Agile／XP、CI、ソフトウェアと製品のセキュリティ、スケーラビリティ、文書化のプラクティス、リファクタリング、テスト技術などの方法論を適用する。
人工知能（AI）や深層学習（DL）を超音波システムソフトウェアに統合する。
プロジェクトで選定された技術を使用して、基準を満たし、所望の機能を提供するコードを書く。
パフォーマンスパラメータを理解し、アプリケーションのパフォーマンスを評価する。
コアデータ構造とアルゴリズムに取り組み、選定された技術を使用してそれらを実装する。
チーム全体に、正しいオーディエンスへ適切な詳細とタイムリーさで情報を積極的に共有する。
