We are a mobile payment service provider. We provide a system that allows consumers to easily make electronic payments and transfers through smartphone applications. In particular, we promote the use of QR code payments and digital wallets, which are widely used in stores and online. Responsibilities

• 機械学習エンジニアとして、AI・機械学習技術を活用しグループ各社における金融サービスの開発を加速する役割を担っていただきます。（テックリード相当）
• 機械学習を活用した金融サービスの製品化に向けて、社内のエンジニア・データサイエンティストのチームとともに開発を行います。プロジェクト初期のビジネス要件定義・jupyterなどでのプロトタイピングフェーズから参画し、製品化に向けた本開発フェーズに向けて機械学習エンジニアの視点でプロジェクトを円滑に進めます。
• ビジネス上の問題解決のためのソフトウェア要件および、機械学習システム特有の品質要件を定義し、チーム開発方針を決定します。
• コードレビュー、テストなど、効率化・品質向上のために必要な開発者文化を自ら推進し、チームや会社全体に根付かせます。また、単一のプロジェクト・単一のチーム活動にとどまらず、当社におけるMLOpsの成熟度を継続的に高めるべく、主体的に活動します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• Pythonを利用した製品開発経験
• パッケージ管理、テストツール、Linter等を用いたチーム開発経験
• 主要なデータ処理、機械学習ライブラリの利用経験
• チームリード経験（5～10名程度以上）
• MLOpsに関する経験・知見
• MLパイプラインのアーキテクチャ設計
• ワークフローエンジンに関する知見、特にMLシステムのワークフロー管理の経験
• クラウドサービスを利用した開発経験
• 日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること（日常会話レベル以上）
