Responsibilities

材料調達効率性の向上（40%）

• 戦略的なコスト管理を通じて、調達競争力の強化と収益性の持続的向上を実現する。

新規サプライヤーの開発・選定（20%）

• 中長期的な商品計画に基づき、競争力のある最適なサプライヤー基盤を構築する。

新製品開発の調達業務（20%）

• 設計開発段階から参画し、コスト効率の良い調達方案を推進し、新製品の円滑立ち上げを支援する。

人材育成・組織強化（20%）

• プロセス改善と100%コンプライアンスを徹底する、効率的で強固な調達チームを構築する。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造業における購買実務経験7年以上
• 金属部品の調達・購買における実務経験
• 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験
• グローバル購買チームと協業するための英語コミュニケーション力
• PCスキル（Excel、Word、Power Point）

歓迎条件:

• 自動車業界の調達業務経験、プレス部品や工程の知識がある方
