- 医療機器専門商社である当社にて、心臓血管外科領域のマーケティングチームのマネージャー候補を募集します。■業務概要：マーケティング統括部 心臓血管外科領域製品チームに所属し、新製品導入、製品ブランディング、営業戦略立案、営業・ディーラー向け研修、医療従事者向けセミナー・展示会の企画・運営など、幅広い業務を担当いただきます。
心臓血管外科領域にとどまらず、経皮的治療デバイス分野にも積極的に挑戦し、革新的な医療技術の開発を通じて、より多くの患者様に新たな治療の選択肢を提供していきます。
■具体的には：既存商権のマーケティング計画立案、売上・粗利管理
医療従事者向け学会・イベントの企画・運営
営業資料作成、KOL（キーオピニオンリーダー）ビルディング
製品トレーニングの企画・実施
ロジスティクス、安全・品質管理、契約書管理
新規商権開発（メーカー探索、市場調査、薬事・保険戦略立案）
ビジネスプラン作成、導入委員会開催、契約締結・薬事申請サポート
海外メーカーとの契約交渉、KOLマネジメント
※国内外出張あり
■組織構成：マーケティング統括部には現在23名所属しており、配属となるチームでは4名のメンバーが活躍しています。
