Responsibilities

同行の海外IT戦略の企画・推進にあたり、海外拠点と連携したグローバル協働施策や重要プロジェクト、ヒト・モノ・カネのリソース管理をご担当いただきます。
業務内容：以下いずれかをご担当いただきます。

• グローバル協働施策の企画・立案・推進
• 海外開発案件の状態管理・予兆検知：作業進捗や開発リスクを可視化し、対策を立案・実行
• 同重要案件のデリバリー支援：上流工程を中心にプロジェクトに深く入り込み、案件特性に応じた支援並びにプロジェクト計画の実現
• IT投資ニーズの一元管理および投資計画の策定、予算管理、投資行為審査
• 開発計画策定、および開発推進フォロー

Requirements

必須条件：

• システム開発経験3年以上且つ、以下のいずれかを満たす
• ITもしくは金融業界の企画系部署での業務経験（1年以上）
• システム開発プロジェクト管理もしくは上流工程推進経験（1年以上）

歓迎条件：

• システム戦略の策定経験
• 金融系大規模システム開発におけるPM/PMO経験
• 海外での業務経験
