Company overview

We specialize in the development and sale of flying cars. Our business includes the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of these vehicles. We offer two distinctive features: first, we provide the world's smallest "flying car" capable of door-to-door transportation, and second, we offer cargo drones for transporting heavy goods, with models capable of carrying payloads exceeding 30 kilograms. We recently initiated manned flight tests, marking a significant milestone in the development of flying cars in Japan and contributing to the creation of a new era of mobility.

Responsibilities

戦略プロジェクトの企画・推進

• 全社戦略（大規模資金調達、M&A・事業提携、市場参入等）の立案・実行
• eVTOL（空飛ぶクルマ）の型式証明、国際標準化に向けた規制対応支援

経営幹部サポート・対外折衝

• グローバル顧客や戦略投資家、政府機関等との交渉・折衝戦略の立案
• CEO業務の戦略的支援（営業・ピッチ資料作成、プロジェクト管理等）

組織・経営課題の解決

• 急拡大する組織の潜在課題（KPI設定、プロセス改善等）の特定と施策推進
• 経営層を巻き込んだ組織横断的なアクションのデザインと実行

Requirements

必須条件:

• 社外の重要ステークホルダー（政府、投資家、大手企業など）を巻き込んだ経験
• 経営層の提言力と高度な情報収集、資料作成能力
• 英語力（TOEIC 800点以上目安、または同等実務）

歓迎条件:

• 航空業界の事業開発経験、及び規制環境、市場構造、安全基準の知識
• 大型契約の交渉、リーススキーム、および事業提携案件の財務モデリング経験
• 特定海外市場で事業開発と広範なネットワーク
• 海外子会社、拠点の立ち上げ
