Responsibilities

発注や納期管理領域の各種企画立案・実行を、組織をリードして推進いただきます。

• 運営効率向上や運営コスト削減を目指した各種施策の立案
• 組織をリードし、多数の取引先に対して各種施策の交渉・調整を推進
• 生産性改善を目指した業務標準化、簡素化の推進
• 発注・納期管理業務の組織マネジメント（マネジメントポジション）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社での発注や納期管理業務の2年以上の経験
• 日用品小売業界、ECに関する基本的な知識
• 部下マネジメント経験1年以上

歓迎条件:

• 日用品業界での発注や納期管理業務の経験
• Power Point、Excel を使って分析・企画を行った経験（vlookup、pivot利用経験）
