経理業務がメインタスクとなるポジションです。
経験豊富な経理メンバーとともに、経営状況を明らかにする基礎となる数値管理を行っていただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
海外拠点を含む財務経理の日常業務、月次、四半期及び年度の決算業務
法人税等の申告書作成、申告業務
監査法人の監査・レビュー対応業務
Ⅰの部、有価証券届出書及び各種説明資料など、上場準備に必要となる開示書類の作成業務
主幹事証券及び取引所の審査対応業務
事業計画及び中期経営計画の作成業務、予実の分析・検討業務

■入社後の具体的な業務イメージ
本ポジションでは、まずは日常業務・月次決算業務から担当いただき、業務習熟度やご経験に応じて、段階的に役割・担当範囲を広げていく想定です。入社〜3ヶ月本社の経理日常業務および月次決算業務を中心に担当
業務フロー・数値管理・内部ルールの理解
（リーダー想定の方は）業務の優先順位付けや改善観点の整理にも関与

入社4〜6ヶ月月次決算業務の一部〜主要領域を主体的に担当
国内グループ会社の経理業務（補助〜主担当）へスコープを拡張
（リーダー想定の方は）スタッフの業務レビュー・フォローを一部担う

その後（志向・経験に応じて）四半期・年次決算業務への関与
連結決算・海外子会社管理の補助〜主担当
IPO準備に関わる資料作成、内部管理体制構築のサポート
（リーダー想定の方は）業務設計・標準化、メンバー育成、改善推進を担当

◆業務詳細1. 顧客に対する技術面での対応についての統括業務顧客に対して、技術面でのあらゆる活動を統括する。
アカウントチーム及び全社的な製品戦略をチーム内に展開する。
アカウントチーム内のマーケティング活動を技術面からサポートする。
各プロジェクトに必要な開発や技術検討の工数見積もりを行い、サイト毎の予算の立案、執行に協力する。
先行開発（Stage A・B）、量産プロジェクトの立上げや問題解決（Stage C・D）等、様々な開発ステージで、社内スペシャリストからの応援を得られるよう調整する。
顧客の先行開発チームと良好で有意義な関係を構築する。

2. 顧客とのアプリケーション・エンジニアリング業務担当車両については、見積もり検討（pre-C0）から量産（Stege D)まで、一貫した製品のアプリケーション・エンジニアリング業務を遂行する。
要求仕様の明確化を執り行う。

3. 顧客への提出に必要な技術資料作成業務機密情報に留意しながら技術情報の蓄積・管理を行う。
製品仕様を検討し提案する。また海外を含む全てのプロジェクトで、顧客からの要求及び社内基準に対して、開発の各ステージで実機評価を実施し、結果を承認する。
製品の開発計画を立案し、また、開発終了、量産移行を承認する。

4. 海外プロジェクトに関する対顧客の技術面での窓口業務対顧客への技術面でのフロントエンドとして、あらゆる技術的内容について、国内外の開発チームとの仲介を行う。
顧客文化を社内で展開し、浸透を図る。
顧客の要望をいち早く察知し、社内展開する。
顧客と国内外の開発チームとの間の文書、交信の支援(通訳)を行う。
特に重要な問題に関して、開発チームと協力して、アクション、回答の調整を行う。
顧客との技術面での議論や対応について、担当者間のレベル合わせを行う。
