Responsibilities

経理税務機能を担当している部署において、決算、税務、原価管理等の業務をお任せします。チームリーダーとして、6～10名程のチームリードを担っていただきます。各事業本部の意思決定ならびに事業運営を経理税務の側面からサポートし、事業価値の向上に貢献することが出来るポジションです。

• 月次・四半期・年次決算締め、会社法計算書類作成
• 税務申告業務
• 事業経理としての管理、現場からの問い合わせ、商流変更や契約締結などのサポート
• 原価計算業務、研究費管理
• 会計税務ガバナンス活動
• セグメント連結決算関連業務
• 出資先にかかる投資管理（国内・海外）、親会社としての子会社ガバナンス
• 各種プロジェクト型業務への参画、DX活動、業務改善活動　等

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社における経理経験
• チームリーダー等の経験
• TOEIC700点以上もしくはビジネスでの英語使用経験

歓迎条件:

• 税理士（法人税）あるいは会計士の有資格者尚可
