- Responsibilities
- グローバルのガイドラインに従って（グローバルおよびローカルのEHSチームと協力して）、厚木の製薬工場においてBiopharma EHS政策を実施する
EHS SOPのメンテナンスを行う
EHSに係るコンプライアンスへの準拠を確保する
厚木工場の業績目標、KPIおよび目的を達成するために活動を監視し、行動を設定する
業務管理…需要および供給計画、流通においてコマーシャルSNOとの緊密な連携を通じて、目視検査、二次包装、ならびに倉庫運用を行う
GMPのSOPおよび記録を行う
GMPおよびコンプライアンストレーニングを実施する
新製品の発売および移転を行う
業務における品質基準および継続的改善プログラムを実施する
従業員エンゲージメントおよびトレーニングを実施する
予算に対する責任を担う
厚木および東京の品質チームとの連携による品質管理を行う
