顧客の経営・事業・人事戦略に深く入り込みながら、サービスの活用支援をご担当ください。
また、サービスや営業戦略などもbildingの段階ですので、これらの仕組み作りにも深く携わっていただくことが可能です。

顧客の経営課題や事業課題、人事課題を深くヒアリングした上で、手段として副業人材を活用し、本質的な課題解決に導いていくソリューションを提供しています。
あるときは顧客の新規事業をアイデア出しのフェーズから関わり、新規事業をローンチさせることもあれば、研究室やR&D部門で構想されている内容を事業化するための企画を練ることもあります。
