■業務内容店舗・ECを通じてお客様に商品をお届けするための生命線ともいえるグローバルサプライチェーン基幹システムの安定運用を実現していただきます。
具体業務としては、運用保守プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクト管理、現場からの要件吸い上げ、ベンダーに改善提案、設計等をお任せします。
概要は下記となります。グループ全体のサプライチェーンを支えるグローバル基幹システムの開発、および運用保守
ユーザー部門の課題解決や、要望を反映する継続的な業務改善、及びシステム改善
※運用保守周りの、所謂手を動かす部分は基本ベンダーの方々にお任せしています。
■キャリアパスまずはシステム運用保守や小中規模の改修案件からスタートし、業務知識を習得します。
ゆくゆくはプロジェクトマネージャーや開発エンジニアとして、各ビジネス領域における業務改革プロジェクトの企画、業務設計、システム開発、導入/定着化まで一気通貫で携わっていただきます。
海外出張・海外赴任等、グローバルを舞台に活躍の幅を広げる機会があります。
IT部署内の他チーム、またビジネスサイドへの異動を通じて、中長期的には会社の経営課題解決を推進していく役割も期待されます。
