Responsibilities

• デジタル書籍工場のQCDを最大化すべく、生産プロセスの構築と改善、標準化の取り組みをリードする。
• デジタル印刷機や製本加工機等のメーカーやベンダーとの協議・折衝を行い、設備の技術課題の解決、保全の仕組みづくりを行う。
• 紙書籍の付加価値化のための最新技術の導入や製品化の取り組み。
• 他にないデジタル印刷工場のポテンシャルを活かし、新規商材の開発を行う。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造業にて生産技術、生産管理、品質管理などの実務経験をお持ちの方（業界不問）
• 実務ビジネスレベル（TOEIC700点レベル）の英語の能力や、海外メーカーとの技術折衝の経験をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• プロジェクト管理業務等の経験経験をお持ちの方
• 新規工場や新ライン構築に、中心メンバーとして携わった経験をお持ちの方
• デジタル印刷に関する業務に携わったことのある方
