Responsibilities

• 対象デバイスのデバイス構造、プロセスフロー、問題点などの技術動向を深く理解した上での顧客へのソリューション提案
• ターゲット製品を開発するための、コスト、価格、性能的付加価値を考慮した差別化戦略の提案

Requirements

必須条件：

• 半導体製造業界あるいは半導体デバイス業界で約5年以上の経験
• Power Device関連（特にSiC・GaN）のデバイス或いは製造装置における経験（文理問いません）
