- 2022年にグループとなったブランド製品のカスタマーエンジニア業務をお任せ致します。顧客の要望に応じ、顧客先に導入されている製装置（ALD：成膜装置）の保守・保全業務やトラブルシューティング、パーツ発注、見積作成等の顧客対応を行います。
業務内容:
担当装置は自社製のALD（成膜装置）6機種を扱っていますが、装置ごとにカスタマイズしているため、装置ごとのトラブルシューティングが必要です。
エラーやトラブル発生時に顧客から連絡が入りますので、状況に応じ現地訪問で修理、メール・電話でサポートを行います。
新規装置導入では、装置立上げから対応いただきます。（全体の50％程度）海外本社工場から装置やパーツ一式が輸入されてきます。
他社の半導体製造装置と直接接続している機種もあるため、不具合改善はウエハの品質評価と原因特定を行います。
国内だけで解決が難しい場合は海外にあるHQとオンライン接続し、カメラで確認しながら開発チームのアドバイスを元に作業を進める事もあります。
作業に必要なパーツ手配、顧客からの注文、価格見積提案については顧客と直接やりとりすることがありますが、踏み込んだ交渉についてはサービスマネージャーが対応します。
訪問エリアは装置導入している製造メーカー工場がメインとなっており、その他全国の研究施設や大学へのスポット対応が時々発生します。現地訪問が必要な際は、日程を調整していただきます。
