Responsibilities

空調機器導入の技術業務

• CRAC/CRAH、ターボ冷凍機、吸収式冷温水発生器等のプロジェクトマネジメント業務（工程管理・品質管理・安全管理・原価管理・業者管理等）および保守メンテナンス
• エンジニアリング図面と仕様の理解・検討
• 設計および見積もり業務
• 機器類手配
• 海外工場とのコミュニケーション・納期調整
• 設計事務所、および建設関連業者との調整・交渉
• 各種報告書・ドキュメントの作成・管理
• システム設定・テスト・試運転、クライアントへの引渡し
• 保守工程計画の作成と工程管理
• 保守契約管理、保守物件の保守作業
• トラブル・クレーム対応
• 各種報告書・ドキュメントの作成・管理

Requirements

下記の経験・知識をお持ちの方

• 業務用空調機の技術業務経験（設計・積算・エンジニアリング・納入・保守メンテナンス等）

※CRAC／CRAH、ターボ冷凍機、チラー経験者歓迎）

• 空気調和機器、熱源機器、機械設備の設計施工管理経験尚可
• 電気・制御に関する専門知識尚可
• 第一種冷凍空調技士または第一種冷凍機械責任者有資格または同等スキル尚可
• 読み書きレベルの英語力歓迎
• 普通自動車運転免許（必須）
