Responsibilities

ﾃﾞｰﾀｾﾝﾀｰ等ｸﾗｲｱﾝﾄ先施設の設備管理業務全般

• 設備全般の管理・運用（設備機器の点検作業、クレーム対応、業者管理、スケジュール管理等）
• 物件の注文手配業務、原価管理
• 客先提案書作成、見積書作成、受注交渉
• 年次停電作業実施

サイトおよびポジションによっては、当直勤務がある場合もあります。

Requirements

下記の経験・知識をお持ちの方

• 設備管理経験5 年程度以上
• 外資系金融機関の設備に関わる業務経験尚可
• 中級レベルの英語・スキル尚可
• コミュニケーション能力・顧客対応力

以下いずれかの資格を取得されている方歓迎

• 第三種電気主任技術者
• 第二/三種冷凍機械責任者
• 第一種電気工事士
