- Responsibilities
- 一般的な戦略・経営コンサルタントと異なり、企業オーナー（創業オーナー、多角化企業、事業会社海外本社、投資ファンド、等）が事業投資した先の経営支援を行なって頂きます。ファイナンス領域を中心に経営に関わる様々な領域でCXOを支援し、将来的に自らがCXOとして事業を推進する人材を目指します。また、投資プロフェッショナルとして投資の全領域の業務に関わっていただきます。（上記の仕事の配分は経験、希望に応じ決定、 いずれか一方でも可。）将来的にファンドの組成を計画しており、 新規の立ち上げから関わって頂けます。投資検討フェーズから大手PEファンドやオーナー企業などと並走し、投資検討・実行、バリューアップ、エグジットの一連の支援を行って頂きます。投資実行後は、投資先企業に常駐し投資先企業の役職員を巻き込みながら企業価値の向上を目指します。案件によって、経営企画部長や取締役CXOとして派遣されることもあります。
業務内容：
財務モデリング、投資ストラクチャリング、投資前デューデリジェンス、バリューアッププランの策定
投資実行後の100日プランの策定・実行およびPMO支援
中期経営計画の策定、IT中期経営計画策定およびその実行
マーケティング戦略の企画・実行
上場準備支援、上場申請プロセスの推進、エクイティストーリー/IR戦略策定
