顧客の要望から運用まで、プロジェクト全体をリードする。
既存および潜在顧客とのコミュニケーション（リモートおよびオンサイト）により、当社の既存ハードウェアおよびアプリケーション、または新規開発のインストールに関する要件を定義し、問題を解決する。
顧客の要望を実現するため、海外の工場、開発者、プロジェクトに関わる外部パートナー（サードパーティの開発者、ベンダーなど）と連携する。
プロジェクトのマイルストーンをタイムリーに実現するためにスケジュール管理を行う。
現場でのシステムの設置および試運転。
顧客へのハードウェアおよびアプリケーションのトレーニング。
システム問題のトラブルシューティング、ハードウェア/ソフトウェア障害の診断と解決。
当社システムに関する操作上の質問（ユーザーサポート）において、手順書や関連レポートをサポートとともに顧客に提供する。
