業務改善、TOBE像の構築物流分野におけるGr.横断課題の解決・調整、調整会議のPM
業務例：物流・貿易管理に関する業務プロセス、システム、データフローなどを詳細に分析し、課題や改善点、ボトルネックを特定する。
部内全Gr.を巻き込んで業務課題を洗い出し、ひとつずつ解決に向けた調整と、その会議のファシリテートを行います。
