Responsibilities

• グローバル購買戦略の立案・実行：事業戦略と市場・供給環境を踏まえたグローバル購買戦略の策定および各地域購買組織との連携による戦略展開・実行支援
• キーデバイス・長納期部品のグローバル管理：購買難易度の高い半導体・キーデバイスのグローバル集中管理・運用・優先供給枠確保に向けた調整及び在庫最適化と供給安定の両立
• グローバル供給リスク・BCP対応：地政学リスク、災害、市況変動等を踏まえた供給リスクの把握とBCP案件発生時のグローバル交渉及び関係部門と連携したグローバル最適アロケーションの実行
• 購買機能のトランスフォーメーション化・移行プロジェクト推進：新戦略パートナーへの購買移行計画の立案・実行と購買・物流・商流・システムを含む移行プロジェクトの推進
• グローバル購買プロセス・仕組みの構築・高度化：VMIや購買システムを含む購買ソリューションの水平展開と各地域のベストプラクティスを取り入れた高位平準化

Requirements

■必須条件：※下記いずれにも当てはまる方

• 電子部材あるいは機構部品の購買実務経験（1年以上）
• 英語あるいは中国語による交渉、コミュニケーション経験
