Implement Commodity Strategy on local level following the Target Operating Model (TOM) including, creating and optimizing Sourcing Cards, documenting savings and identifying potential efficiencies.
Execute sourcing activities within the markets as identifying and driving projects across commodities within their responsibility to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals like automation, spend consolidation and supplier optimization. Continuously leverage market opportunities and bring strong negotiation skills to add value for the business while maximizing implementation and usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Frame Services Agreements (FSAs).

同社は、アウトドアギア・アパレル・サービスまで幅広い領域で、ものづくりと体験価値を追求してきました。その中核を担う自社購買部門では、製品の品質・納期・コスト・ESGを前倒しで管理し、安定した量産体制を構築しています。今後さらに新商品の開発スピードと品質向上を両立させるため、サプライヤーと協働してものづくりの基盤を支える新たな仲間を募集します。
■業務内容：購買課の一員として、主要サプライヤーの管理と新規調達先の立上げを担当いただきます。安定供給と品質改善、コストの「見える化」を推進し、同社製品のものづくりを支えます。サプライヤー管理（担当15～25社目安）：受発注・納期管理、是正対応
四半期レビュー（納期・品質・コスト・ESG）の運用、合意事項の実行管理
改善アクションの設計（是正計画、フォロー、再発防止）
新規サプライヤー開拓・選定・立上げ（RFI／RFQ～監査～契約・初回発注）
量産立上げ支援（試作～ライン試作の計画・結果確認）
図面・手順・検査条件などの変更管理と台帳更新
コスト分析・交渉材料作成、ダッシュボード更新
関連部署（生産管理・設計・品質・MD等）との調整・課題共有
