■業務概要：宿泊施設の運営に不可欠な備品や消耗品等の調達戦略の立案および実行、マネジメントを担っていただきます。日本と中国の仕入ルートを統括し、コスト最適化と安定供給を実現する司令塔として活躍いただきます。
■具体的な業務内容：日中それぞれの購買担当者の相談役として業務進捗の管理や最終的な発注判断
中国メーカーおよび国内商社やネットショップ等との関係構築や新規仕入先の開拓
運営実績データに基づく需要予測や価格交渉や購買フローの改善提案
運営や不動産や総務各部門からのニーズヒアリングや納期管理や納品トラブル対応
見積依頼や発注や納期管理や購買データの分析や管理
■業務の特徴：日本と中国双方の仕入ルートを統括し、価格と品質と安定供給のバランスを取りながら購買戦略を実行するポジションです。
