Responsibilities

■職務内容【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】ワイヤ・ケーブル、チューブ・継手等を中心とする自社製品に必要な原材料の調達購買担当として、スキル・ご経験に応じて、次の業務をお任せします。

• 事業戦略に基づいたグローバル調達戦略企画の立案・実行
• グローバルサプライチェーンマネジメント（樹脂、導体、基盤、コネクタ等の原材料調達・生産・物流・納品まで一連のプロセス全体の統括と適正化を図る）
• サプライヤー管理（原材料の最適な仕入れ先の検索・選定・評価）
• 購買管理（必要な原材料を、世界市場から最適な品質、価格および納期で調達する）
• 外注管理（原材料を安定的に、アメリカ、中国、東南アジア等の海外外注先から調達する）

※将来的に年に1,2回程度海外出張の可能性有

Requirements

◆必須条件：＜下記いずれも＞

• 調達戦略企画の立案の経験
• 海外顧客との折衝経験（目安TOEIC800点以上）
• 組織マネジメントの経験
