Responsibilities

石油・天然ガス事業、及び、再生可能エネルギー事業の、国内外プロジェクト・操業に必要な、ITシステム、インフラ、ソフトウェア、ハードウェア及び研究設備等の調達、契約（和文・英文）に関連する以下の業務となります。※ まずは、IT調達を念頭に、同社の情報システム部門と連携し、情報システムに関する調達業務を中心に担っていただきます。その後、同社業務に関するその他の調達業務に活躍の場を広げていただく可能性があります。

• IT調達カテゴリー戦略の立案
• 個別調達計画の作成、入札業者リスト作成、契約文書作成
• ベンダーとの価格、契約条件交渉
• 社内関係部門との発注先・条件等に対する合意形成
• 発注承認文書の作成
• 検収、支払い関連業務
• 契約変更に伴う業者との交渉、承認文書の作成
• 業務プロセス、規程類、標準契約テンプレートの継続的改善
• 単価データ、ベンダー評価等のデータ整理、アップデート、ベンチマーク化の実行

Requirements

必須条件:

• IT調達業務に関する3年以上の業務経験、又は情報システム分野における5年以上の業務経験
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション、英文による契約書等の資料のレビュー・作成の経験を有するレベル。

歓迎条件:

• カテゴリー戦略立案業務
• 発注側、受注側いずれかにおいて大型ITプロジェクトにおける契約交渉
• 国内外事業における調達、契約業務経験
• 購買システム（SAP MM等）に関する知識、使用経験
