修正案・対案の作成：標準化をより円滑に進めるため、また自社開発との親和性を高めるための修正案や対案の作成
社内調整・賛否の判断：規格に対して、社内の開発部門や関係各所へ意見を求め、団体からの提案に対して自社として「賛成か・反対か」の意思決定をサポート
社内問い合わせ対応：規格に関する社内(開発部門など)からの質問や相談への対応
2)自社発信の規格提案(原案作成)業務提案原案の作成：市場のニーズや次世代技術の普及を見据え、新たなルールを業界に提案するための、原案の作成
補足技術資料の作成：提案の技術的妥当性を証明し、業界(他社や団体)との合意形成をスムーズにするためのサポート資料(技術ドキュメントなど)の作成
3)長期プロジェクトの管理業務規格の提案から最終的な成立までは「年単位」の時間がかかることも多いため、状況の変化に柔軟に対応しながら、決められた手順を着実に遂行・管理する
※尚、海外の標準化団体との直接の交渉(表舞台での議論)は海外の現地法人メンバーが担当するため、自身が海外の会議に出席して英語で直接ディベートする機会は限定的です。基本的には日本国内に軸足を置き、「中身のロジックや戦略を練る、社内をまとめる」という、後方からの推進・マネジメント役となります。
