Participate in customer meetings to communicate the project proposal status and any roadblocks
Escalate any roadblocks during proposal creation to internal stakeholders.

Ensure the compliance to project processes, methodologies and procedures during bid approval.

Customer Care and QualityEnsure the successful compliance of solution to project scope by offering high quality solution

Escalate any customer issues to Solution Engineering Manager and be responsible to ensure its closure

■具体的な業務内容
車載SoC（R-Carシリーズ）における高速インタフェースサブシステム全体の設計・開発を統括する課長級マネージャーとして、組織運営および技術判断の両面に責任を持ち、開発をリード
PCIe、UCIe、USB、UFSを含む高速インタフェースサブシステムについて、仕様方針・アーキテクチャ方針を策定し、設計レビューや技術判断を通じて品質を担保
性能・消費電力・品質・スケジュール・リソースの制約を踏まえ、サブシステムとしての優先度判断および最終的な意思決定を実施
