Responsibilities

• 内主要自動車メーカーやTier1／Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
• 顧客要求をまとめ、コンセプトの提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、試作～量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施
• サプライヤーとの技術折衝／指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
• 国内外顧客、姉妹会社及び社内関係部門への技術支援
• 既存製品のコスト改善に関わるデータ分析・企画立案・実行と実行管理・報告業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業界を問わず、製品の機械／機構設計に関して3年以上の実務経験並びに関連知識を有する
• サプライヤーとの技術折衝／指導、交渉、調整経験
• PCスキル（Microsoft Officeツール必須）

歓迎条件：

• 自動車業界での開発経験
• コネクタ製品の設計／開発経験
• 量産化に関しての実務経験
• 車載での高速伝送（差動通信、同軸通信）に関する開発経験、知識を有する
• D-FMEA、DRBFM経験
• 3D CAD／CAE（主に構造解析）による設計開発経験
