主に海外拠点の新商品開発テーマについてプロジェクトマネジメントおよびプロダクトマネージャーの支援を通じてプロジェクト推進の役割を担います。
個別プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント支援、個別開発プロジェクトのQCD遵守
ステージゲートの運営/管理、アクションプランに基づいた新商品・既存品プロジェクトゲート管理による確実なスケジュール管理
プロジェクト管理インフラ整備の推進
プロジェクトマネジメント教育、文化醸成
担う役割：
新商品開発テーマについてプロジェクトマネジメントおよびプロジェクトリーダーの支援を通じてプロジェクト推進の役割を担っていただきます。
個別プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント支援個別プロジェクトの目標（品質・コスト・納期）を達成するために、定期的な進捗報告会を開催、課題を協議する分科会を設定することでプロジェクト内外のコミュニケーションを促進します。また、プロジェクトマネジメントスキルや各領域の専門的な知識・経験、他プロジェクトでの事例展開を通じてプロジェクトリーダーを支援します。
ステージゲートの運営/管理定期的に収益性や実現性を評価して、次のフェーズへの移行判断を行うことでプロジェクトの成功率を向上させます。
プロジェクト管理インフラ整備の推進製品開発プロセスの中で曖昧になっている部分を各部署や専門家と協議しながら標準化することで将来のプロジェクトが円滑に進むような基盤作りを行います。また、標準化後も定期的にプロセスを見直し、よりシンプルにすることで開発スピード向上に寄与いただきます。
プロジェクトマネジメント教育・文化醸成プロジェクト支援を通じて蓄積したナレッジの展開やプロジェクトマネジメント制への理解、その価値を広く組織に浸透させるために教育の機会を創出、提供します。
