Profile
After graduating from university, Yo began his career in corporate sales at a major electronics manufacturer.
He then moved into the human resources industry, where he gained experience providing career support to individual professionals as well as engaging in new business development.
He joined BRS in 2023 and, despite starting without prior consulting experience, was promoted to Senior Consultant in an exceptional span of just 1 year and 9 months.
Driven by a desire to have a positive impact on others—a mindset cultivated through years of playing soccer since childhood—he now supports a wide range of clients primarily in the consulting industry. His work spans diverse areas including strategy, digital transformation (DX), and global projects.

A Recruiter Who Walking Alongside Career and Life Turning Points Through Preparation and Dialogue
Through my lifelong involvement in soccer, I have seen how professional athletes inspire, encourage, and positively influence people’s lives. That experience led me to pursue a career in recruiting, driven by the belief that I want to do work that meaningfully improves the lives of others.
I view recruiting as a commitment to walking alongside individuals at critical crossroads in their lives and helping them unlock their full potential. To support this, I stay current with industry trends through daily market analysis and careful monitoring of the news.
In conversations with candidates, I take the time to explore their core motivations by asking questions such as why this moment feels right for a career change and what kind of person they hope to become in the next stage of their life.
When reviewing resumes and preparing for interviews, I clearly articulate each candidate’s strengths, including those they may not yet recognize themselves, while aligning them with the needs of employers.
Through thorough preparation and open dialogue, I support candidates in performing at their very best when it matters most.
