グローバル保険企画チームは、リスク対策に関する適切な情報提供を通じ、グループにとって最適な保険プログラムをサステナブルに確保し、連結B/Sの財務リスクをマネージすることで、経営に貢献するミッションを担います。
■具体的な業務内容
財務部門のグローバル保険企画チームに所属し、グループキャプティブを活用した損害保険プログラムの設計・改善を担当いただきます。
主に、グループ各社との連携、国内外の保険会社・ブローカーとの交渉、再保険パネルとの調整を行います。
加えて、他種目の副担当としてチームリーダーを補佐し、チーム全体での更改業務や横断的なプロジェクトにも参画いただきます。

■財務管理・経営管理月次・四半期決算の精度向上と迅速化
予算管理・予実管理体制の構築・運用
キャッシュフロー管理と資金繰り最適化
KPI設計と経営ダッシュボードの整備
■IPO準備・内部統制IPO準備プロジェクトの統括・推進
内部統制システムの構築・運用
監査法人・証券会社との折衝
