Responsibilities

営業とともに国内外の投融資案件に関与し、ファイナンス・財務面から案件をリードしていただきます。また、これまで培った経験・知見を生かし、若手・中堅社員の育成・成長支援も担っていただきます。
自ら案件をリードするとともに、経験・知見を組織に還元し、次代を担う人材の育成にも貢献いただくことを期待しています。

• 事業性・リスクを踏まえたファイナンス戦略、資金調達・ストラクチャーの検討・提案
• プロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス等の組成
• JBIC・MDB等を含む国内外金融機関との協議・交渉
• 営業部・事業会社等と連携した案件推進
• 投融資案件のファイナンス・財務面からの審議・助言
• 案件実務を通じた若手・中堅社員へのOJT、レビュー、成長支援

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 金融機関等におけるプロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス等の実務経験
• 案件全体を俯瞰し、ファイナンス組成・ストラクチャー構築を主体的に推進した経験
• 業務遂行に必要な英語力
