- 海外営業を担っていただき、業務理解を深めつつ、徐々に営業プロセス改善にも活躍の領域を広げていただきます。
＜海外営業＞グローバル市場のトレンドや競合分析を基に、長期的なマーケティング戦略を策定し、ビジネス目標に沿った計画を立て、計画を達成する為のPDCAを推進。
グローバル各地の販売会社・代理店を通じたお客様からのご要望に対して、関連部署と協議の上、最適な提案を実施し、受注～製作の実行～出荷・販売。
投資背景から、受注ストーリーを作成し、要望仕様の確認、仕様の取り決め、価格・納期検討、見積書作成、受注から出荷販売、収支を管理。
市場の声を集約し、機能追加、或いは次期設備への企画提案へ繋げる。
＜営業プロセスの改善＞営業メンバーがより付加価値の高い、効率的な営業活動を実現できるよう、受注からアフターフォローまでの既存営業プロセス、販売会社などとの連携方法、関連システムの効率化を見直し、改善案の策定から実行・定着（営業メンバーへの普及）までをリードしていただきます。
