Responsibilities

■業務内容：IT本部インフラストラクチャー＆サービスマネジメントのネットワークチームに属し、同社のITネットワークの運用・保守およびその他の業務を担います。

• 同社のネットワークインフラの運用・保守
• ネットワーク障害の調査・復旧対応
• ネットワークサービスの監視および性能管理
• ITインフラプロジェクトにおけるネットワーク領域の技術支援
• 国内外のベンダーおよび関係者との調整・連携
• 同社の他ビジネスユニットとの協業
• グローバル・リージョナルITチームとの協業

• グローバル標準に準拠したネットワーク環境の維持・改善
• ネットワークの可用性・セキュリティ・安定性の確保
• ネットワーク障害発生時の技術リードおよび復旧推進
• 再発防止および継続的なサービス改善の推進
• ベンダーの品質・納期・成果物の管理

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ITインフラ、特にネットワーク構築または管理業務の経験3年以上
• 英語力：ビジネスレベル※目安：TOEIC(R)テスト700点以上または同等レベル
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 資格：基本情報技術者試験または CCNA以上
• ネットワーク設計・構築、Routing／Switching、LAN／WAN／SD-WAN／Wi-Fi、ネットワークセキュリティ、障害解析・監視・性能分析の知識・経験
• 問題解決力・論理的思考力
• 技術動向を継続的に学ぶ姿勢
