AI技術を活用した顧客向けサービスや業務効率化施策の推進に向け、企画立案からPoC、本番開発までを担うメンバーを募集しています。

■ポジションについて
金融業務におけるAI活用施策の企画・推進を担当いただきます。
顧客向けサービスや業務効率化ツールの企画立案からPoC、本番開発まで、関係部署やベンダーと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進するポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容

• 金融業務におけるAIを活用した顧客向けサービスおよび業務効率化ツールの企画立案
• AI活用施策に関する関係部署との調整および合意形成
• パートナー企業やベンダーとの折衝およびプロジェクト推進
• AIを含む新技術ソリューションの企画およびプロジェクト組成
• PoC計画の立案および推進
• PoC実施に伴う関係部署との調整
• AI機能に関する要件定義
• 開発部署やベンダーと連携した設計・開発・テスト推進
• AI特有のリスク評価および対策の実施
• 機能要件・非機能要件の定義および品質管理

Requirements

■必須

•  AI・機械学習を活用したITシステムプロジェクトにおける以下いずれかの経験
  •  事業会社における新機能・新業務の企画立案またはプロジェクト推進経験
  •  SIerまたはコンサルティングファームにおける要件定義・設計・開発経験
  •  PoCまたは業務改善検討経験

■歓迎

•  金融業界または金融システムに関する知識・経験
•  AI機能のプロダクトマネジメント経験
•  AI機能の運用・性能改善経験
