They are renowned for operating a popular real estate information website and providing brokerage services, along with extensive support for property transactions and home searches. In addition to their core real estate business, the company has diversified into various lifestyle sectors, such as travel, marriage, and childcare, as part of their Group's expansion.

Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 顧客接触から、受注、広告掲載設定までの業務フローを対象とした、オペレーション効率化、自動化（DX、BPR）を行うPJの推進役をお任せします。
• 主なステークホルダー
  • エンジニア
  • 営業
  • オペレーター
  • ※主なステークホルダーは社内の各部門となります。
  • 社外との折衝は必要に応じて対応いただきます。
• 役割
  • 入社後は下記役割をベースとしつつ、ご経験やご意向を加味し業務をお任せしていきたいと
  • 考えてます。
  • 課題特定 - 複雑なオペレーションを理解し、効率化すべきプロセスを見定めること
  • 企画立案 - 効率化するための手段を考え、立案すること
  • 推進実行 - 社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、プロジェクトをリードすること
  • 振り返り - 実行後の効果検証と振返り、場合によって改善案を立案すること

Requirements

必須要件：

• 下記いずれかの経験
  • SlerもしくはインハウスでWebサービスの機能開発及びプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
  • The Model型のBtoBマーケティングの知識体系と実行経験
