Responsibilities

NOxセンサのグローバルな生産配分/管理業務を行います。主には組立工場、素子工場、社内関係部署と調整し、需要に応じた最適な生産体制を立案、遂行することです。ゆくゆくは予算や事業企画の策定及び原価管理等へステップアップ頂きたいと考えています。
■詳細：お客様の要求変化及び為替、輸送費、各拠点の負荷、製造コスト等を考慮し、各拠点に最適に生産配分を実施。必要に応じてお客様への提案、交渉も営業と共に実施します。

• 最新製品在庫、部品在庫の把握
• 需要変化、生産数変化に伴う在庫見通し明確化
• 在庫を適正レベルに戻すための方策立案、関係部署との協議
• 客先承認状況の確認、更新、遅延への対応立案
• 生産管理関連会議の進行、とりまとめ
• 最新生産、在庫状況の上位層への報告
• 予算生産配分立案
• 予実管理
• 生産計画関連改善提案と実行

Requirements

■いずれも必須（目安3年以上）【業界】

• 自動車業界、電機製品等の多品種、大量生産品を扱う製造業

【経験・能力】

• 生産管理、サプライチェーンの納期管理経験
• 多種生産品、複数拠点の生産配分及び生産企画業務経験
• QCストーリーに基づく資料作成経験とそれに基づき業務を推進できる能力
• 海外との日常的な電話/メール等でのコミュニケーション/交渉経験

【語学力】

• 英語文書の解読、簡単な会話、コミュニケーションができること（TOEIC500点以上）
