Responsibilities

【世界各国の大学・研究所と取引／フレックス／土日祝休み】
■担当業務＜センター運営・管理＞

• リペアセンター全体の運営管理（品質、納期、コスト最適化）
• 年間計画・月次 KPI の策定・達成
• 業務プロセス改善・標準化

＜メンバーマネジメント＞

• エンジニアチームの育成・評価
• リソース配置とスキル管理
• 安全衛生管理

＜顧客対応＞

• クレーム対応、改善策立案
• 営業/CS との連携

＜海外拠点との協働＞

• 本社・アジア拠点との品質/技術連携
• 技術課題のエスカレーション

＜コスト/在庫管理＞

• 在庫最適化、コスト削減
• ベンダー管理

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 技術系サービス/FAE チームのマネジメント経験
• 光学/精密機器などの技術知識
• 英語（読み書きレベル）

■歓迎条件：

• サービスセンター運営経験
• 改善手法経験（Lean、Six Sigma など）
