Responsibilities

グループコーポレート調達部門としての人財採用・配置・育成・教育施策に関する調達課題を自ら見いだし、その解決策を提案し実行します。必要に応じ、その実行に際しては、必要な階層の上司の影響力を行使できるように活動します。

• インターン・採用活動に関する実務（新卒・キャリア採用など）
• 人事異動に関する実務（異動手続きなど）
• 人財育成に関する実務（職能教育研修、e-Learningなど）
• その他各種グループ調達人財施策に対する対応（育成指針改訂、職位任用、査定、グローバル派遣など）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 人事領域での採用人事や人財育成、配置の実務経験（目安7年以上）
• TOEIC(R)650点以上

※調達業務経験は不問
■歓迎条件：

• 採用活動や人事ローテーション、部門内人財育成や教育活動の経験
