Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 海外向けデジタルコンテンツ配信事業において、事業企画およびプロモーション業務を担当いただきます。
• コンテンツの展開戦略立案から販促施策の実行、配信パートナーとの折衝まで、海外市場向けの事業推進を担っていただくポジションです。

具体的な業務：

• 多言語展開するコンテンツの選定および配信戦略の策定
• 海外プラットフォームとの折衝
• 販促キャンペーンおよびプロモーション施策の立案・実行
• 翻訳制作の進行管理
• デジタル広告の運用および効果検証
• 広告予算の管理および最適化
• 海外市場の動向やデータ分析
• コンテンツ制作部門へのフィードバック

Requirements

必須条件：

• 出版社（編集部など）でのデジタル宣伝・営業経験
• 電子書籍プラットフォーム（各ストア・アプリ等）に対するプロモーション企画の提案・折衝経験（営業・アライアンス経験）
• 女性向けエンターテインメントコンテンツ（漫画、ゲームなど）に対する深い理解と関心
• デジタルサービスにおける進行管理能力（ディレクション・制作進行スキル）
• データに基づきPDCAを回し、売上目標にコミットする計数管理能力
• 外部パートナーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
