Responsibilities

• 単年度トップライン予算編成取りまとめおよび年度計画・見込み・実績の分析・モニタリング活動
• 単年度経費予算編成取りまとめおよび年度計画、見込み、実績のモニタリング
• 設備投資計画取りまとめ、資産購入、維持、管理モニタリングおよび各種調査への対応
• 収益性向上および資産効率改善に向けた管理会計の構築・運営
• 人財総務本部と連携して、事業運営の一環として以下の組織・人材マネジメントを推進する。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 本社もしくは事業部における年度予算策定・業績管理（計数管理）の実務経験（目安5年以上）
• 財務諸表／業績分析や業務改善にデジタルツールやAIを活用した経験
• 英語：日常会話レベル／TOEIC(R)テスト600点相当
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
